  • Sliced carrots
  • Diced Mushrooms
  • Boiled chicken
  • Soy sauce

How to make it?

First thing’s first. Get your ingredients ready according to the intended serving sizes. Now follow the four easy steps:

1. Boil your pasta:

Add water to your pan. Add half a spoon of salt to the water apart from a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Turn the stove. When bubbles appear on the surface of the water, put your pasta in this boiling water and let it boil for the next five to seven minutes. Make sure your pasta doesn’t over-boil. Leave it a tiny bit sturdy. Now turn the stove off. Pass the pasta through cold water and rinse.

2. Prepare your Chicken (optional):

Take boneless chicken in quantity of your liking. Dice it into chunks. Marinate it in yogurt, salt, pepper, soy, and chili sauces. Keep the mixture covered for a few hours. You can make do without waiting for hours, but the taste after long marination will be totally worth the wait.

3. Sautee your vegetables:

Heat your main pan. Add a dash of butter. When it begins to melt, add a finely chopped onion. After it starts to turn golden, add your marinated chicken and when the chicken begins to appear golden, add bell pepper and carrots. Add chili sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce. Now, add salt and black pepper as desired. (It is time to put mushrooms if you have them ready too).  Now, sauté these vegetables until half cooked.

4. Put Pasta Now:

In the main pan with vegetables and chicken, put your boiled pasta. Pour it half, add sauces and salt, pepper and oregano leaves. Mix them well on medium to light stove. Now add the rest of boiled pasta and add your seasoning again as desired.
