Keto Homemade Crunchy Chocolate Bar

1 1/2 cups unsweetened chocolate.
1 cup almond butter can be replaced with any nuts or seeds. Butter of your choice.
1/2 cup keto maple syrup.
1/4 cup coconut oil is optional.
3 cups of nuts and seeds are optional.

  1. instructions:
    1) – Line an 8″ x 8″ baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

2) – In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, mix chocolate, almond butter, stick sweetener, and optional coconut oil, then melt until sum.

3)- Add the nuts/seeds of your choice and mix until fully combined.

4) Pour the chocolate mixture into the lined baking dish and spread with a spoon. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.

5) – Cut the chocolate pieces into slices.
