Ingredients
  

  • ½ tbsp garlic salt
  • 6 staring cheese sticks
  • 1 large egg
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cheese in half to make 12 pieces
  • Add the egg to a small bowl with a tablespoon of water. Shake well to mix
  • Add the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, coconut flour, and garlic salt to another bowl and stir to combine well.
  • Dip each cheese in the egg to coat and then the almond flour mixture. Make sure the string cheese is completely covered in the bread.
  • Place the breadcrumbed cheese on a baking tray lined with bread and place it in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a deep skillet over medium heat to 350 degrees.
  • Carefully place the cheese sticks in the oil, making sure they are not touching, and do not overcook the saucepan.
  • Fry for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Remove the cheese sticks to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
