6 medium sized peppers
12 ounces cauliflower rice
1 pound minced meat
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 medium white onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper powder
3 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons oregano
1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 can of tomatoes cut into cubes, roasted on the fire
