2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
16 ounces of ground beef
1/2 medium onion, sliced
one capsicum cut into slices
one teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
instructions:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Fry the ground beef, onion, and pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stovetop until the vegetables are tender and the meat is caramelized Strain out any excess fat.
Add Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to taste to skillet with meat mixture, and stir until cheese is completely melted
